Refund and Cancellation policy
At ROOP LAKHANI, I value your trust and strive to provide exceptional holistic healing and mystical science consultation services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds to ensure transparency and fairness.
1. Appointment Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time. Requests to reschedule made within the 24-hour window may be accommodated at my discretion; however, such accommodations are not guaranteed.
2. Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you may request a full refund or reschedule your session without any additional fees. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session fee or result in the forfeiture of the session fee. Additionally, failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged, and no refund will be provided.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are available for sessions that are canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. However, once a session has been completed or customized healing plans and downloadable materials have been provided, they become non-refundable. If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that require me to cancel or reschedule your session, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

6. Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift cards and promotional services are non-refundable and may have specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
